Shipping and Handling Policy
Standard Ground shipping fee of $5.95 covers up to 4 hats, delivered via US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or other comparable shipping method. 2 Day Air shipping fee of $15.95 covers up to 4 hats, delivered via FedEx 2 Day, UPS 2 Day or other comparable shipping method. Next Day Air shipping fee of $29.95 covers up to 4 hats, delivered via FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS 1 Day or other comparable shipping method.
Orders received before 10:00 a.m. PST are shipped on the same business day your order is received. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. PST are shipped the following business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.
After submitting your order, the following steps will happen:
- Your Credit Card Company is contacted electronically to verify shipping address and availability of funds.
- We verify inventory to ensure we can fulfill your entire order.
- Your credit card is charged for the amount due.
- Your order is shipped.
- If your order is not in stock, you will be contacted via the email address you gave during the order process with detailed options.
Returns
We will happily refund your credit card the full amount charged if the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment date
- The merchandise is in its original condition

Lightwear.com is an operation of Lightwear, Inc. Lightwear is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Lightwear.com collects information from our users during the order process.
Order
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
